To improve accessibility to transcriptome resources of each species, ESTs, mRNA sequences and NGS raw read sequences were assembled/clustered and deposited in BLAST searchable databases. The assembly will be regularly updated and new analytical tools added to this web BLAST server.
Assembled/clustered sea bass sequences (247 million) generated 68,790 contigs with an mean size of 2,125 bp and an N50 of 2,966 bp.
Assembled sea bream sequences (6.4 million) generated 45,831 contigs with an mean size of 998 bp and an N50 of 1,302 bp.Priyam et al. (2015) Sequenceserver: a modern graphical user interface for custom BLAST databases
